Youth Support and Services Guide

Youth Support and Services Guide

Supporting Success Through Probation and Beyond

This guide provides a comprehensive list of services and resources available to youth and young adults currently under Juvenile Probation supervision or participating in placement prevention services. Created by Juvenile Field Services, the guide is designed to support individuals in meeting probation requirements while also laying the groundwork for long-term success.

To ensure information remains accurate and up to date, this guide is reviewed and updated quarterly. Printed copies are available in the reception area, interview rooms, through probation officers, and at the Juvenile Superior Court of Sacramento County.

The guide highlights services offered by community partners and nonprofit organizations committed to supporting youth and young adults. Please note that availability may vary depending on the provider’s capacity and eligibility criteria. Some programs may require a referral, recommendation, or authorization from a probation officer.
